Some notes.

1. we didn't use book random 0 after the first two games. Graham wasn't
familiar with how book random 0 and mode tournament work, so we made the
choice to use normal opening book selection techniques without searching to
avoid blunders.

2. The first half of the tournament used the ICC book (with all the learning
data importated). The second half used a collection of games that were between
2600 (and better) players _only_. I did forget to tell him to import all the
learned data, which was an oversight on my part.

3. I usually do some opening preparation for such events. We entered so
late, and I was in the middle of grading final projects, final exams, etc,
so that I simply didn't have the time to invest in working on a book that
would at least not be lost quickly, as happened in multiple games at the WMCCC.

Maybe next year, if the ICCA can pick a set of rules, and then stick with them,
we might prepare a bit better...
