SOS was considered amateur. But the definition of "professional" was : "Professional": A program whose name is the same as or derived from a commercial product. (see http://www.dcs.qmw.ac.uk/~olympiad/rules.htm) As SOS is one of the programs of the CD Young Talents, which is a commercial product, I really don't understand how he could be "amateur" in this tournament! I am not saying that he had to be considered as a professional, but I think that when organizers make rules, they should apply them ! Or did I miss something??? If I was the programmer of Insomniac, I would make an official protest! Best regards, Sylvain
