I think it might have been Graham not understanding how crafty behaves when
you use both book random 0 and mode tournament.  It does search after it has
exhausted all the ! moves.  That might make it look like it is out of book as
in game 2, it did a search on the book moves, found they were _all_ below -.5,
so it said "no way" and gave up on the book and searched all moves normally
instead.  So it wasn't a broken book, it just didn't like the line it started
down...
