Je suis de Montreal. When I came here, around 20 years ago, I knew French and English and found them both perfectly understandable. Only I was amused very much by finding many old French words and expression still in daily use. Now I don't see them anymore. Everything new became transparent, invisible and perfectly natural. For us American English is our real language. I miss few jokes where I see some movies (films) from England. Salut from Canada! Leonid.
