Marcus seemed sure about it.
He said that there are programs that are at least 50 elo better.

I understood from it that 50 is the lower bound based on the games that he saw.

I remeber that X did not have many tournament games in the chessbits list so it
cannot be X unless the conclusion is not only based on results but also on
watching the games and analyzing them.

Unfortunately I have no knowledge about the level of Y and Z and have no results
of them against other programs so I can only ignore the results of Y and Z(maybe
they do not deserve even rating of 2100 and maybe they deserve rating of 2600
and I have no way to know)
