Sorry Amir, gotta disagree here. Bad example by the way. So Microsoft
has a product called Microsoft Works. Corel has PerfectWorks, Lotus has
(or used to have?) Lotus Works (came on my Packard Hell way back when).
All products basically accomplish the same thing. How about Microsoft
Office? How about Corel PerfectOffice? Competitors, similar names, I
don't see any cease and desist being issued by Microsoft? Microsoft
Word ... Corel WordPerfect, Wordstar, Lotus WordPro. I personally don't
think there is any problem having a chess program called Junior and
another called Deep Blue Jr. Now if IBM started referring to Deep Blue
Jr. as "junior" rather than "DB Jr." or "Deep Blue Jr." then I think
you'd have a complaint, but I don't think "Junior" is a specialized
enough name to hold all rights to it. But then again, I'm not a
lawyer...
