I'm all for another CCT! Personally, I'd prefer it to be over just one weekend. This makes it much easier for us folks in odd time zones to participate. I also think that you're more likely to get a good turnout over one weekend. In terms of timing, I'd say that September is just a little too soon so how about October? To fit a decent number of rounds (7+) into a single weekend, we need to shorten the time control somewhat from last time (it was 75 10). I'd favour 30 10, although 45 10 would be doable too. The idea of 2 games per round is interesting, but given that we'll probably have a bigger field than last time I expect around 30 programs playing. This would mean that a normal swiss with 1 game per round would be more suitable (assuming we go for 1 weekend). cheers, Peter
