correct.  *trademark* is the right term.  And there you can trademark
any sort of "juxtaposition" of words you want, but you only can claim
the unique juxtaposition and not the individual words, as in the
examples
I mentioned like "wordperfect" and "X-windows" and "visual-anything"...
