Is 19.g4 a novelty? The game continued 19.g4 b4 20.Ne2 Bb5 and the pgn file of the games tells me that only after 20...Bb5 the programs started to calculate. Another novelty that I verified is 19.Rb1 of tiger against Junior. Unfortunately it is impossible to know if there were novelties in most games because the pgn file does not include times of the programs so it is impossible to know if a move was a prepared novelty or a move that the program calculated.
