i entirely agree with albert. it is legal in every democratic country for any commercial product, sold on the market, to be evaluted, tested and compared with other competing products and the results obtained thereof, to be published as long as the method of testing is included. This information is infact in the public interest and no contrct can override this It would be quite ridiculous if a car manufacturer sued a car magazin for publishing head to head comparisons with a competing product!! rajen
