My business activities are not your concern. Also not your concern is my overall financial situation. I will state that I can easily afford, from a financial pespective, to go to any number of events. I don't like the way the ICCA has conducted certain aspects of the WMCCC. This is not a waving the flag while attacking and screaming at the top of my lungs issue. Someone asked me some stuff and I answered. >B) This is a computer chess club and my post was on topic, so there is no need >here for name calling, or I shall be forced to do the same. All you'd have to do is take a second job and you could fill your car up all you want." I think your logic is similar and suspect. >Perhaps you could release it a CB engine, then you would not have to worry about >the GUI, as you mentioned earlier this was your main release problem. None of your business. I will release to CB or Millennium or whoever else as I choose, and regardless of what I choose, it doesn't change the fact that I am not the only programmer outside of Europe who is affected by this, and some of them may not have as good a financial position. Lack of travel support for people outside of Europe, and a tournament every year in Europe, results in a field that is almost completely European. Since 1995 I have been to more WCCC's and WMCCC's in person than any other non-European. I like dealing with the Europeans, but the lack of more regular participation of programmers from outside of Europe is not a good thing. bruce
