Due to the winning of Shredder is a matter of fact that although I have played no more than 12 times my current Shredder 4 version, I will purchase the new one. Nevertheless, the world does not end with Shredder. There are another extremely good programs and certainly I plan to get some of them also. Anyway, as times are hard, my list has shrinked to the following modest extension: 1) Shredder, of course. 2) Tiger, certainly. How I could do otherwise? 3) CM8000 without doubts. I have the entire collection and I will not let a gap in it 4) Yes, yes, Nimzo too. Tactics by Nimzo are awfully strong and I must sharpen that side of my play 5) Rebel. It is my second chess software love and I am not to let her go. Ed, please begin to package my order. 6) Fritz 7. May I live without the new incarnation? Nope. The best game I have ever played was a wonderfull won againts Fritz 3...running in a 486. So my steem for that guy is infinite. 7) Junior, do not forget Junior. It is a devious, dammned program that never in my life I have been capable to steal even half a point. 8) Of course anything interesting that I have forgoteen or that still does not exist.
