Subject: Color allocation in WMCCC round 8

Shouldnt the game between Xinix and Chesstiger in round 8 had Chesstiger playing
white instead of black.
Both Chesstiger and Xinix had color historys of 4 blacks and 3 whites with the
colors for both players being identical in each round prior to the 8th round.
Since Chesstiger was the higher placed should it not have got its matching color
and been assigned White against Xinix instead of Black.
