I like this 4-tiered rating system. No matter how many programs there are, it
would be cool to keep this system, dividing the total number of programs up into
four levels. Also, it would be cool if the top program in each group could go on
to do battle with those at the higher level, and the bottom program in each
group could go on to do battle with those at the lower level. Then programs
would be moving up and down levels of crowns. Lot of work to run that, though.
