Well, the first step would be to build the SMP version of Crafty for the Mac. Then the multiprocessing code could be used by others. A multiprocessing HIARCS would be to die for! What is the build environment for Crafty on MacOS; gnu, CodeWarrior, or MPW? Also, does LinuxPPC have SMP support for the dual processor G4 machines? Ian
