Uri pretty much got it right. She is IDENTICAL to the Chessmaster personality except in one area -- she can only see ONE PLY AHEAD. In other words, she chooses the best move without ANY thought for the consequences of the move; she'll never hang a piece, and she'll almost always attack. So, obviously, even simple two move combinations will beat her eventually. The thing that really makes her seem tough is how quickly she plays (for all intents and purposes, she responds immediately). Against humans, it has turned out to be a surprisingly HUGE psychological factor, causing them to get easily flustered. jm
