Hi Imran,
When I first started my site I already had a number of tourneys
where I had ratings for the engines. Then when I started my site I was
tempted to use them, but thought it would only complicate things as those
tourneys were not posted. Then I thought about using the SSDF list as a
start point and naturally have thought about rating just the tourneys posted.

My main reason for not doing it. Is that since the tourneys are at such
a wide variety of time controls and settings that the ratings were more
eyesore than a valid reflection of program strength.

Thanks.
Sarah.
