Mephi would have a difficult stand at every time control against Mach
III,
he’s tuned up to 18 mhz ;-)

Let’s try to select an well-balanced group of participants, so there is
no need
for Mach III to take part in, for the same reason  I count rexchess into
the
#new generation group# of programs, in spite of it’s from 1989.

But I’m very interested to see how Kaplans D++ is doing !, it should
participate !
