The line 1.e6 Rxd6 2.Qf7+ Kh8 3.e7 Rd2+ 4.Kg3 b5 5.exd8Q+ Rxd8 6.Qxa7  gives
white a material advantage.

Another possibility is 4...Bxf7? 5.gxf7 Rg2+? 6.Kxg2 Rd2+ 7.Kg3 so without
extensions you cannot and only 12 plies your program cannot see that white is
winning.

This possibility is probably the reason that your program cannot see the right
move.
