In this case I use the simple formula 400*(W-L)/(W+L+T) If T is the number of games and is derived from the word total than T is W+L+T from the previous formual and you can use 400*(W-L)/T The formula is not exactly correct but the difference relative to the right non linear formula is usually small(assuming that the difference in ELO is not more than 400).
