The official FIDE handbook should know:

0.3 The International FIDE titles are:
0.31 Titles for over-the-board chess, the judging unit being the FIDE
Qualification Commission: Grandmaster (GM), International Master (IM), FIDE
Master (FM), Woman Grandmaster (WGM), Woman International Master (WIM), Woman
FIDE Master (WFM), Honorary Master (H-M) and FIDE Category Player. (GA 98)

Of course the FIDE titles may have been different in the past.
