Subject: I am very disappointed with oxford softworks customer support! :<

Hello everyone! I purchased the Cstal2 download version a few days ago and i
intended to upgrade to the box version. On the website it said to email for
details which i did, and as of yet no response. I feel this is very poor
customer relations. I do apologize if i am wrong and they are very busy, but
this seems not to be the case. I pay 29 pounds for a product, and dont get me
wrong i love it, but the whole point was to upgrade. I thank anyone for any help
they can provide. Regards Robert!
