Well, you're not the only one. I had a battle some time back regarding missing
features in CSTal 2. They ended up sending me a free version of the original
CSTal for Dos, but it was only after a considerable number of emails had been
exchanged, and after I threatened to post my complaint to all chess boards and
newsgroups.

IMHO, Chris Whittington is a great programmer and an ill-tempered human being. I
think his company sometimes imitates his person, as you might imagine. Just my
opinion.
