Good idea to organize another tournament, What about this time to organize it at FICS. Let's not chose side too much otherwise we get directly on the commercial icc side. With swiss master making pairings is very easy. Can be done much easier as at the WMCC. Also MEWIS or GICS or DICS are cool sites. very little connection problems to those (europe).
