Not true. Just get a dude there to organize it, that's it. Volunteers plenty. I'm very familiar running tournaments and competitions too. No problem. There is no room for error. The swiss pairing system decides in this case. Also the server is in europe. In contradiction to the icca who doesn't want to get too far from bed, this tournament should get international. the ICS tournament! Doing 2 tournaments of this kind a year is cool too. I hate blitz tournaments for my program. Can't take those games serious. Game in 60 is already deadly fast for most considering connection problems. If we organize it in europe then americans get connection problems if we get to the states then europeans get connection problems.
