Great lineup so far.  Nice to see jdart in there this time.  It looks like the
date will be October 21-22, and the time-control 30 10.  Should be a different
climate, going from 75 10 to 30 10.  8 round swiss, same as last time.

I'll try to keep the participant list updated, and will get with Steve Lim to
firm things up, and get some ICC promotion.
