Hi Will,

Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this.

I like Nov 4-5.  The farther you push it back, the easier it is for everybody to
clear their schedule.  Oct 14-15 will definitely not work for me, as I'll be on
vacation.

I generally prefer longer time controls, but I'm fine with 30 10 if it means we
can squeeze in an extra round or two.
