Subject: Memory: 100 or 133Mhz??

If I buy a system with a fast processor, e.g. Athlon 1Ghz, how significant is
the type of memory that I buy with it?  i.e. does it matter whether it is SDRAM
100Mhz or 133Mhz?  Is the memory more of a bottleneck for faster processors?
The machine will be used mainly for doing chess analysis.  If it does make a
difference, any idea how much of a difference is involved?
