I've never really sat down and figured out Fritz3 at all, the book works in Windows, and I know I have put together a boot floppy that got around that hashtable problem, but I lost that thing. > >When I run F3, I use the SHIFT-F5 method and have the following batch file for >the rest (a bit complicated, as I can choose to start it either with or without >TascBoard support): > >@ECHO OFF >PROMPT $p$g >SET LMOUSE=C:\MOUSE >SET DIRCMD=/P /O:EN >LH C:\MOUSE\MOUSE.EXE >cls >c: >cd \schach\fritz3 >echo. >echo Bitte auswählen: >echo ---------------- >echo F Fritz3 OHNE SmartBoard >echo T Fritz3 MIT SmartBoard >echo. >choice /C:FT /T:T,5 >if errorlevel 2 LH tascdrv /x >if errorlevel 1 LH fritz3 /x > >You see that the batch does nothing special, except that little menu. It's a little easier for me to get around a batch file laid out like that. Pete
