Here is 110 and I already see some ways to improve it.  This is with
NO promoted pieces:

3nkn2/4P3/4N2P/4B3/P1N1B1K1/1R6/5Q2/3R4 w - -  110 moves!


This is a modification of some ideas and a position already posted,
so I take no credit for it.
