I've created a new mailing list exclusively for announcing
Computer Chess Tournaments! Since it seems that announcing computer
chess tournaments has been mostly word-of-mouth, I thought a mailing
list for announcing such tournaments would be appropriate. The list is
also open to general discussion of computer chess tournaments. Please
