My games averaged 65 moves, with a range of 26-102.  Assume that in each round,
at least one game will go past 90 moves.  So, you should really use 90 moves as
the round delimiter, which gives 90 minutes.  With potential disconnections and
other delays, I think 2 hours would be the minimum planned time between rounds.

The other thing is that we already have a 6am start time for some folks, and a
midnight end for others.  I just can't see asking to stretch that even more.
