As I recall, Amir indicated last time that staying up late wasn't an issue for
him, though I do agree that 4am might be a bit rough.

It would be nice if all the participants could list their time zone, so we can
try to optimize the schedule to minimize overall pain.  I believe there are at
least 3 participants (Kappler, Singleton, Robertson) in USA-West...
