Hi Marc: My grand father used to say this sentence each time he was in trouble: "who will care about this in ten thousands years". And old english saying -inspiration for the second movement of one splendid late Haydn quartet- say "wait till the clouds go by" and of course is very wise one as much is incredible how fast everything goes and vanish. Personally each time I am somewhat depressed I think in the real important things in my life, that, of course, are not something in me or my goals, but my pretty, wonderful children. My lesson for myself is: do not stare at yourself or you will get a headache. If you tame your ego, if you see how humble and little are our efforts, if you think that even geniuses are forgotten and if you remember how shallow, bad tempered and gratuitous are the opinions of people about other people, then really, Marc you will care a shit about chess computer, about chess computer fans, about the opinion of them and about anything that little and unimportant like this and everything else, including ourselves. We give too much importance to our things and fate and that is the great sin. So, wait the clouds go by... My best wishes fernando
