Subject: Help needed: is this a draw?

I need some advise on this position

[D]8/2P5/2k5/B7/p5b1/P3K3/8/8 b - -

of a game between CM6000 and Shredder 4. Both programs don't claim a draw
(evaluation around +0.7) but I don't see how white should win.

Since CM6000 has no table bases this is not a surprise for me. But Shredder
should be able to "see" the outcome of the game. So, is there perhaps a way to
win for white? Or is it just a problem of partially installed table bases for
Shredder (the set, which comes with Shredder).
