Well, I would think that if the beta-testers received nothing at all for their
efforts, that they would stop testing. Slavery was abolished some time ago
AFAIK. Still, I think that under the circumstances, a copy of the program tested
is fair. I still can't believe you didn't get a copy of Junior for your efforts.
Is it possible this was some misunderstanding? Afterall, you were working with
Amir and not Chessbase (as far as I understood), so unless Amir were to request
you get a copy, there is no reason to assume Chessbase knew about this. I'm sure
they would have obliged otherwise.
