I looked at the usual places and you are right, his email is not listed. I have it though, and so does Mogens I'm sure. But I'm not sure if i should reveal it without his permission. However, Dieter posts here as well, though i understand he doesn't read every single thread, so maybe you could attract his attention by changing the thread name?
