Hiarcs may have problems at long time control for 2 reasons:
1)It has a bug in learning from previous search and it can cuase problems at
longer time control.

2)It cannot search more than 30 or 31 plies in the selective search and it can
be a problem in long time control.

I also think that the best time control for hiarcs is not 5 minutes per game but
5 minutes per 200 moves because other programs simply do not use enough time for
the first moves in this time control.

I guess that hiarcs will be more than 60 elo better than most programs(including
Fritz6) if you use 5 minutes per 200 moves.
