I found this at the Rebel Tiger message board about contempt factor and engine
priority:

The "contempt factor" name is not very accurate. This box should be
named "score for a draw".

And so it is the opposite of the classical "contempt factor".

You enter in this box the score you want Tiger to use for a draw (either
50 moves rule or draw by repetition), in HUNDRETH of pawns.

Reasonnable values range from -20 to 0. A value of -15 (which I would
advice you to use) will tell Tiger to avoid such draws, if by doing so
it does not go into a position it evaluates worse than -0.15 for him.

Engine priority tells the program to use more priority for the engine
than for the graphical interface. It can only help at very fast time
controls. If you use it, you will notice that the screen is refreshed
much slower (best lines, and so on...). I would generally advice you to
use the normal priority.
