CM is played manually, ponder off and always manually freezing the GUI (which
does not work 100% for all programs, for example while fritz is running CM gets
5-6% of CPU, in contrast to Shredder, which manages to get almost all CPU time.
Reason is unclear to me).

You are right with the CM settings. Sorry. I should have mentioned that I took
the settings, which I found on your homepage. I thought that these settings are
standard since I read so much about CM6666 and CMQueen+. I will add a comment,
which states this explicitly. Actually I decided for Queen+ since you came to
the conclusion that it is the strongest CM setting - or am I wrong?

Thanks,
Joachim
