The GUI is supposed to call the flag if autoflag is enabled. Were you playing on
a chess server? If you were, then the change could be explained by lag, because
timeseal (and/or timestamp) adds time when this is the case to prevent losses
due a bad connection. But you can always try to call autoflag (F5) to make sure,
though I believe it's sufficient for your WinBoard to have autoflag enabled.
