What is posted to the Lokasoft site is correct. The default value works of
course fine, but you get a little bit more strength by setting the score for a
draw to -10

Chess Tiger's evaluation is a little bit too pessimistic. This setting tells the
engine to avoid a draw when the engine's evaluation is only slighty negative.
Tiger will fight on, and very often the outcome of the game is positive (or at
least not negative) for Tiger.
