Mark assures me book learning is there - Richard is right that
we don't publish details (and he has asked :-) of how this works.

This is obviously my view too. We did a lot of beta testing
and I think a weaker engine would have been noticed.

Richard is obviously impartial so take him up on his offer.
All I can add is I stand on my record for replying to
our users e-mails (when they reach me !)
