Yace 0.20 The version for each program is the released version at the time the contest started. By the time the contest is complete, I suspect that most programs will have new versions. ZChess and Yace are two programs that are clearly far superior in their current state than the versions I am using. However, clearly stated in the contest rules is that no engine updates are allowed during the contest. I think it's unscientific, since you are testing a moving target if you allow it. Not even bug fixes are allowed. I am eating my own words too, since I would love to use a bug-fixed version of Crux. It crashes on every single run of 4 games.
