The C++ zip file has a header missing. Oh well, I wasn't all that interested anyway. Winning at TTT can be solved in a fraction of a second through exhaustive search. To use AI to solve this is not all that impressive. When they can beat really good chess programs with it, my ears will definitely prick up.
