Fritz 6a ! Hello, at the moment I make a little test with Gandalf 4.32f by Steen Suurballe, Denmark. Here the results: LCT II test = 2.730 ELO (I think number 1 when I look in the Brice Boissel tables). POS = 78 CMB = 87 FIN = 68 4 problems not solved (POS 14, CMB 12, FIN 08 and FIN 09). Other results can be found in my News Ticker by Brice Boissel ! BS-2830 test = 2667 with the new calculation and 2.761 with the older calculation ! 7 problems not solved (BS 05, BS 08, BS 11, BS 13, BS 15, BS 22 and BS 23) 20 problems solved !! I think older Fritz and Goliath versions have a little bit better results. Results can be found in my Download Page Q from Manfred Meiler ! Within in combination the best chess program ! Yesterday I make the Nunn 1 test against Fritz 6a ! Game 1-10 with game in 10 minutes: 6.5 : 3.5 for Gandalf 4.32f Game 11-20 with game in 10 minutes + 1 second (Fisher clock) 6.5 : 3.5 for Fritz 6a I will make more tests with Gandalf 4.32f. The BS-2830 test and LCT II test is included in CD readme files from Gandalf 4.32f. The readme files are in HTML but not complete ready (for download) yet. Have a nice day Frank Number 1 in LCT II and number 3 in BS-2830 test ! Gandalf is a fantastic chess program !
