CMQTest needs a draw to win the tournament.

I have also decided to change the personality's name.  I'm thinking of names
like CM8000, ChessmasterQ, CMQueen2 (Need Jorge's permission) and             CM
Grandmaster.

I'll try to provide info during the game.  This will be the last time I'll be
doing this. If anyone disagrees with my decision, then I will stop.
