Opinions Welcome i think that they should have shaved off 200 points , then all the whiners can shut their pie holes .then no whiner could say that a program rated 2300 was not AT LEAST 2300 .besides it would have been interesting to me to see how long it would take to see programs rated 2730 ect .so i think 100 points was not enough 200 would have made it almost on the money .at least they made a step in the right direction .
