That was what I was concerned about, too.  If black tries to go into a large
radius circle, and hits the edge of the board and is trapped, it might imply
that if the board is bigger, eventually there is enough space for the circle to
go all the way around the board, at which point the game is a draw.

Unfortunately, it would take a large effort to do larger boards.  12 x 12 isn't
that hard, but much larger and the files become enormous.
