This could account for there being so many people at CCC named Pete, but would
this be a statistic about the % people named Pete/Peter who are Chess players,
or a statistic about the % of Chessplayers named Pete/Peter.

To be honest, I can't think of a single high profile, famous Chess player who is
named Pete.  That may be because of my rather shaky knowlage about Chess.
